Start with pasta dough -- just eggs and flour kneaded to a firm consistency

We also made some spaghetti, linguini, and lasagne, in case the turtles didn't come out right!

Sadie puts a dab of the filling (veggies, basil and parmesan) in each one

Pinch the sides together to make a half-moon

Use a fork to ornament the edge (and to make sure it is well-pressed)
