New Door Signs

I recently built Micah and Sadie tile/frame door signs.

Sadie's is a gorgeous plain wormwood ... $1-2 remnants from construction junction!

Micah's is an intricate painted wood that used to be someone's trim. A few cuts on a mitre saw and it has a new life.

I liked the organic texture of the mortar next to the crisp glaze of the Italian tiles, so I decided to leave the mortar exposed. Fun project!
