Mascot Skate

Brian and Sadie went ice skating with a bunch of Pittsburgh mascots. This happens once a year at Schenley Ice Rink. Sadie was very excited!

Her favorite turned out to be the Polar Bear. Shockingly, rather than a corporate entity, he was simply representing his species.

But, it was also a little weird at times. Here is the burger, who was representing a corporate entity. In a moment of great irony, the burger got stuck trying to go through one of the doorways in the skate rental area. Sorry I didn't get that on film!

After we had enough, we went to the animal shelter to cuddle the bunnies ...

... and play with the kitty cats. It was a great father-daughter date!
