Reminding Us to Respect Water

Micah and Brian had a little "family camp" adventure at Emma Kaufman Camp.

Here we are, "tubing" behind a speedboat.

See that little drop of water on the camera lens? It was a harbinger of things to come.

See, after Micah slid into the water here and got into the kayak, we capsized! We were fine in our life jackets, but the camera perished. It was actually hanging on by its last diode anyway. How did we get these photos? I was able to save the memory card. Yes, an important reminder to respect the power of water ... and of gravity!
